Please note that we only accept returning or exchanging products that meet the “Return and Exchange Conditions”.
Exchange Conditions and Rules
When the goods are in the following situations, the return of the goods will be borne by us:
- Products that mismatch the order (including but not limited to the product specifications, styles, quantities, etc.);
- Obvious defects on products (including but not limited to quality defects, damage during delivery, etc.);
- After the order is established, the order cannot be made any change. If you have any reasons, please contact us, we will make an arrangement according to the situation.
In other cases than those listed above, the shipping cost of the products sent and returned will be borne by the consumer.
We reserve the right to make the final exchange decision.
The following conditions are not considered to be faulty:
- Damage caused by improper use, wash or damage caused by your own alteration or other human factors will not be considered as a quality issue.
- Small and unapparent dirt.
- Color discrepancy: product color may be slightly different when viewing with different monitors. Lighting effect of product photo shooting will also affect products displayed in the pictures. The size specifications of the product shall be subject to the actual product.
- Size/ calculation error: due to different materials and different methods of measurement can cause different size results, the calculation error varies in a range from 0.5 to 1cm.
- Slight crooked jewel and glue stains of handmade accessories.
- Blackened needle of earrings: Blackening is caused by welding at the factory, but in order to avoid allergic reactions, no plating and brightening treatment is performed and this is not faulty; We also have different materials of needles of earrings, and some of the materials are originally dark in color; Sweat can damage the plating layer. Improper cleaning or frequent wear may cause the accessory to be blackened.
- Scratches: Transportation process may cause fine scratches, small bumps, and slight paint loss on the product.
Note: We will try our best to make the product description conformed to its physical form. If the product is different from the description, please refer to the picture presented.
Procedures for Returning Products
- Contact us, and provide the details of the returned goods and order number, briefly explain the reasons for the return.
- If the reason is proper and it complies with the Return and Exchange Conditions, we will inform you that the return has been accepted. If necessary, we may ask you to upload photos of the goods to show their damage.
- After receiving the notification, you can send the product to our specific address.
- After receiving the product, we will check whether the product meets the Return and Exchange Conditions.
a) If the product conforms to the Return and Exchange Conditions, the money will be directly transferred to the "membership credits" for your next use.
b) If the product does not comply with the Return and Exchange Conditions, we will not make the return of the product, and will not return the product to you, and will notify you by email.
* For refund, delivery fee and product of the order will not be returned. Note: The delivery fee of the returned goods will be paid by the buyer.
- If the product/ parcel has additional gifts (gift with purchase promotion), please return the gift together. The gift needs to be kept in the condition as it was received. If the gift cannot be returned, we have the right to ask you to pay for the gift according to the price of the gift we have indicated.
Return / Exchange Delivery and Postage Instructions
Please note that we only accept returns/ exchanges by SF Express. Returns/ exchanges from local postal, or other express delivery will not be accepted. For return/ exchange without quality issues, the cost of postage is borne by customers. We recommend that you ensure your package safely return to us, and you are requested to declare the full value of the shipment to the express delivery company so that you are protected if shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to insure or declare the full value of the returned/ exchanged products, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during shipping. We are not responsible for any risk of damage to, or loss of the Products upon return.
If the product conforms to the Return and Exchange Conditions, the money will be directly transferred to the "membership credits" for your next use.
You will receive an email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.
For the returned products, once we confirm that the return conditions and requirements are met, we will transfer the membership credits within 10 business days after receiving the returned product(s).
You should also note that:
a. We have the right to deduct the partial refund amount if your returned products were bought together with other products to enjoy our threshold promotions or offers;
b. We have the rights to deduct the shipping fee from your refund amount if your returned products were bought together with other merchandise to enjoy a free shipping promotion.
- All items are inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure good quality of your purchase orders.
- In case of manufacturing fault, please inform us and attach photos of faulty items (A picture of the damaged part and a picture of item as a whole) to request a return & replacement.
*Please note that we can only arrange replacement for the same product in same size and color, if that item is no longer available, you will receive a full refund for the faulty items.
- Each order can only be returned once.
Tariff: when customs clearance of cross-border transaction goods, if the customs in the receiving region collects taxes, the relevant taxes and fees should be borne by the customer.

Due to the complication of overseas shipping, we do not provide the exchange service. We will carefully check and package before shipment. Please feel free to order.
- Please be careful and ensure to double check when you want to ship your item(s) to international.
- Basically, it is unavailable to cancel when the order status is already on delivery during domestic delivery process.
- Once the item has been shipped overseas, no return will be accepted unless you return the item(s) due to discrepancy or defective item(s).
- In case of discrepancy/defective item(s) is found, please send photos to the customer service within 5 days with your transaction number and image of discrepancy/ defective item(s). We will guide you what to do after going through your claims.
- If it meets the return conditions, the money will be directly transferred to the “membership coupon” for your next use.
