Eligibility to Purchase
To make a purchase on CODALAB, you must fit the following criteria:
- Have a Verified Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, FPS or PayMe account – the only accepted payment method by CODALAB.
- Guarantee the personal and financial information you provided are effective and correct (including your email address, real name, contact number, account details and any other information as requested by this website)
In placing an order with us, you authorize us to process a charge or charges on your credit/debit card/ PayMe/ Alipay/ FPS account in the amount of the total purchase price of your order.
You also expressly authorize us to use personal information provided by you to perform appropriate anti-fraud checks such as credit checks and also to, where necessary, transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties including, but not limited to, credit reference, fraud prevention agencies, government departments or other appropriate governmental or regulatory authorities both in Hong Kong SAR or elsewhere, which may keep a record of that information. All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

We shall not be liable for any damages (including but not limited to computer virus, system problems or data loss) whatsoever arising in using or in connection with the use of this website by any party.
We use SHOPLINE as our e-commerce platform for certain processing activities on our behalf to operate the Website, such as Website hosting, order processing, payment processing, delivery of fulfilment of products or services, delivering content, management of the Website. At the same time, online payments are processed through third-party payment gateways such as Shopline, Apple Pay, Google Pay, FPS and PayMe. To the extent these third parties have access to Personal Data in order to execute these processing activities, we have taken the required organizational and contractual measures to help ensure that Personal Data provided by us to these third parties is exclusively processed for the purposes mentioned above. These third parties are not authorized to send you any information about products and services from other companies without your permission. Acceptance of Your Order
Once you have entered your personal and payment details and placed your order, we shall send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This email is only a confirmation of receipt of your order and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Your order will be accepted and the contract between you and our Company will be completed when we send you an email to confirm the goods have been dispatched to you. Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch are included in the contract formed. All sales contracts are therefore concluded in Hong Kong SAR and are written in English.
We reserve our right not to accept an order for any reason at its sole discretion. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, one of the following:

Shipping and Collections
You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. Our teams will try their best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee that such estimates must be met.
You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order by us. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way. Orders will be sent, via the Carrier, to the delivery address that customers have given or selected, as the case may be, on their order form. We will not be responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. Our Company provides free shipping on all orders. We reserve the right to update its shipping policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Return of Goods
For returning products, please first read our Return Policy. After we confirm your application, please pack the product properly and return it to the service centre by yourself, we will handle it properly. Self-collect orders, exchange coupon products, used products, or other non-quality reasons or overdue applications will not be accepted. Please do not send the product without notifying us. Please note that there is no returning shipping fee when returning goods.
Force Majeure
Our Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond our control.

CODALAB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind, under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, use, data, loss of other intangibles, loss of security of information you have provided in connection with your use of the website, or unauthorized interception of any applicable information by third parties, even if advised in advance of applicable damages or losses. In particular, and without limitation, CODALAB will not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or from any content posted on the website by CODALAB or any third party unless such damage is the result of any wilful misconduct on the part of CODALAB. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the website is to stop using the website. The maximum liability of CODALAB, or service providers for all damages, losses and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including without limitation negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed HKD300.
Indemnity and Waiver
At our request, you agree to compensate us fully and hold us (including its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers), harmless from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the TOS by you. This includes the use of the Site by any other person using your account caused by your action or inaction.
If you breach the TOS and we take no action against you, it is no wavier for us to exercise our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the TOS.

CODALAB reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account (and delete the profile corresponding to such account and any accompanying content) or your use of this Website at any time, for any reason or for no reason. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspect of this Website, Products and services available on or through the Website at any time without notice. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur or are made under your account prior to termination. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the foregoing.
Any sections of these Terms and Conditions that must survive termination in order to give effect to their intent and meaning shall survive termination of these Terms and Conditions. The termination of your account shall not affect any rights of CODALAB or any liabilities and obligations of you accrued prior to such termination.
Change of Terms and Conditions
CODALAB reserves its right to cancel or amend the Terms of Service as required by law without prior notice to the customer. The customer shall be responsible for reviewing the Terms of Services prior to the confirmation of any order.
Once an order is made, the customer is deemed to have accepted the then-current Terms of Service.
