Overseas shipping:

We provide SF Express and Hongkong Post as the delivery method for overseas shipping.

Delivery time: 

Usually arrives within about 14 working days after postal. It may vary according to different countries/ areas.

The delivery may be delayed for a month due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Delivery may be also delayed on weekends and holidays.

For SF Express, SF Logistics staff will notify you by phone before delivery.

Customers of the above districts are required to provide their photocopies of the identification document as proof and declare the customs clearance with the customs office. Customers will receive an email with the tracking number sent by us. Please enter the tracking number and then scan and upload the photocopies of the identification document to the official website of SF Express.

Valid identification includes: (select one of the following)

o     Mainland China residents: Personal ID card, Soldier ID, Military Officer ID, or Civilian Staff ID

o     Hong Kong citizens living in China: Pass or Residence Card

o     Taiwan citizens living in China: Mainland Entry Permit or Residence Card

o     Other foreigners living in China: Passport

*Personal identifications and other IDs/cards must be within the validity period

SF Express instruction:

1. The recipient has to upload a front and back copy of the recipient's identification document (Image size not exceeding 3M; in jpg or png format)
2. 10 types of items or below, 10 pieces or below for each type of items
3. No limit for the declared value of an indivisible item in each waybill
4. Declared value of 2 or more items in each waybill: RMB 800 or below. Orders above RMB 800 may incur tariffs.

#According to Article 7 of the Regulations Governing Customs Clearance Procedures for Importing and Exporting Postal Parcels of Taiwan, the tax-exemption value of imported postal parcel is currently set at NTD 2,000. If the value of your parcel is over NTD 2,000, customs shall levy customs duty and other entrusted taxes.

Hongkong Post:

Delivery of Hongkong Post may be delayed for a month or more.

Lost / returned package

When the package is sent, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. The order will be sent to the address provided by you. If the address provided by you during the order processing is incorrect or the recipient fails to pick up and needs to re-ship, we will not be responsible for the loss or return additional costs.

Currency

The price displayed on the website is the price in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). All orders will be settled in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). If you pay with a non-Hong Kong dollar credit card, additional exchange rate charges may be incurred. For detailed charging information, please contact your credit card issuer.

Exchange

Due to the complication of overseas shipping, we do not provide the exchange service. We will carefully check and package before shipment. Please feel free to order.

Return

1. Please be careful and ensure to double-check when you want to ship your item(s) to international.
2. Basically, it is unavailable to cancel when the order status is already on delivery during domestic delivery process.
3. Once the item has been shipped to overseas, no return will be accepted unless you return the item(s) due to discrepancy or defective item(s).
4. In case of discrepancy/defective item(s) is found, please send photos to the customer service within 5 days with your transaction number and image of discrepancy/ defective item(s). We will guide you what to do after going through your claims.
5. If it meets the return conditions, the money will be directly transferred to the “membership credits” for your next use.

Tariff: When customs clearance of cross-border transaction goods, if the customs in the receiving region collects taxes, the relevant taxes and fees should be borne by the customer.
